1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles (beef flavored)
2 cups water
1 lb steak (cut into strips)
2 teaspoons oil
2 cups broccoli, cut up
1 cup green onion, cut into strips
1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

1.Cook the noodles according to the package directions and drain.
2.In a skillet, brown the beef and drain.
3.Add the oil, 1/2 seasoning packet, the broccoli, and the onions to the meat; stir fry for 5 minutes.
4.Add the soy sauce and the red pepper, simmer 5 additional minutes. Serve over noodles.
